Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Qorzeni. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all jewelry orders placed on https://qorzeni.com.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after you receive the package. All return items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and original packaging. Jewelry with obvious scratches, wear, missing parts cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Send an email to our support mailbox with your order number and return reason

2. Wait for our team to approve your return request and provide return instructions

3. Ship the item back following our guidance. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective or wrong.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a notification. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

• Custom engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless defective

• Final-sale marked items are non-refundable and non-returnable

• Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery are not eligible for refund

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive broken, defective or incorrect jewelry, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos. We will arrange re-delivery or full refund at our cost.
